Hello Cortez Families,

I hope you and your family are enjoying a wonderful summer!

As we prepare for another school year, I wanted to share a few important updates and reminders.

🛠️ Plumbing Replacement Project Update

Progress is being made on the plumbing replacement project! Work on the primary side of campus is nearly done, and contractors are busy working on the elementary side. Once construction is complete, custodial staff will be on campus to thoroughly clean classrooms and prepare the campus for the first day of school.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we put the finishing touches on our campus.

✅ Complete Your Aeries Data Confirmation

Before school begins, all families must complete the Aeries Data Confirmation process.
Please log into your Aeries Parent Portal to review and update:

Important: You will not be able to view your child's teacher assignment until Data Confirmation has been completed.

Families who have completed Data Confirmation may log into Aeries to view their child's teacher assignment.

We can't wait to welcome everyone to campus for a quick opportunity to say hello and for students to enjoy an ice cream 🍦 treat provided by PFA!
During Meet the Teacher, families can:
🍎 Meet their child's teacher
💻 Complete Aeries Data Confirmation in the library (if not already completed)
🎒 Receive a free backpack while supplies last (first come, first served)
