CAASPP Testing Update

Most of our students have completed CAASPP testing—great job to all of them for their hard work!

Testing will continue over the next few days for students who need a little more time, as well as for those who were absent during their scheduled testing times. We appreciate your support in making sure students are at school and ready to finish their tests.

Official CAASPP score reports will be mailed to families by the state, usually starting in late summer and continuing into early fall.

Weekly Attendance

Our year-long goal for attendance is 97%
Congratulations to the classes with the highest percentage of students who were at school every day during the week ending May 1, 2026.

Overall Attendance Rate Year to Date: 94.12%

Primary:
Mrs. Lopez: 99:31%

Elementary:
Ms. Keegan: 98.26%

Preschool: 83.33%
Kindergarten: 92.38%
1st: 94.00%
2nd: 91.20%
3rd: 93.23%
4th: 95.38%
5th: 90.63%
6th: 94.67%

Here are a few key pointers about attendance:

📉 Even a few absences can make it harder for students to keep up.
👩‍🏫 Frequent absences affect the whole class, since teachers and classmates have to work harder to review missed instruction.
🤝 Being present helps students build friendships and strengthen social skills.
⏰ Arriving on time builds strong habits for success in school and beyond.
💬 If your family faces challenges with attendance, please reach out—we’re here to help.
